Hi, my name is Lukáš Vondráček. I’m originally from the Czech Republic, but for several years now my girlfriend and I have been living in the Canadian Rockies.
During the summer months, we explore the beauty of the local mountains—mostly in Alberta and British Columbia—whether on foot as hikers, on bikes, or travelling by car with our own “home” on the roof – a rooftop tent.
In winter, I head out mostly for backcountry skiing adventures but sometimes I enjoy a ski day at the resort or cross-country ski.
I have so many passions it’s hard to keep up: mountain biking, kayaking, paragliding, backcountry camping, photography and more and more….
